CTDI was founded in September 1964, and is located at Yuzhoulu Rd, #17, in Chongqing Hi-Tech Industry Development Zone.

We have "Grade A" certificates for Building Architectural/Structural/MEP Design, Machinery Design, Building Intelligent System Design, Pollution Prevention and Treatment Design, Turn-key Project Contracting, Project Supervision, Equipment Supervision,Engineering Consultancy, Project Cost Consultancy, Construction Document Review, Construction Work Safety and Hygiene Assessment, Chongqing Pollution Treatment, and Chongqing Building Fire Protection Design, etc. We also have "Grade B" certificates for Municipal Project Design and Consultancy, Commercial/Goods/Grain Industries Design and Consultancy, etc. In addition, we have been authorized to conduct business and economic cooperation overseas.

In 2003, our revenue has exceeded 200 million RMB Yuan, and our income has reached 130 million RMB Yuan. From 2001 on, we have ascended the National Top-100 Survey and Design Entities in China every year. After joining China United Engineering Company, we were ranked 14th in year 2002 and 11th in year 2003 among the National Top-100 Survey and Design Entities in China.
